Rachael and Rex were very thoughtful in the way they wanted their wedding day to unfold, having attended many weddings themselves, the bride and groom really wanted their guests to enjoy a day of celebrating their union of love. This Laurel Hall wedding was overflowing with personal, handmade touches. We were astonished when Rachael told us her father handmade all of her wedding day jewelry (including her wedding ring!). The bride herself created each piece of lovely paperie for the day – from invites to ceremony programs to signage and more. The groom, an engineer, had his own personal touches as well – in addition to table numbers, each table was named after a famous scientist; in lieu of menus, the couple created mini bios about each scientist to place at each guest setting. To top it all off, their Polaroid guest book was a total hit!.
I’m so thankful Rachael reached out to me just weeks before their wedding to be by their side and coordinate the day to make Rachael and Rex’s wedding day dreams come true.
