A One of a Kind Venue, for a One of a Kind Love
Your wedding day should be as unique and extraordinary as the love story you share, with your venue providing a setting for creating magical moments, which will become everlasting memories.
At Laurel Hall, we have love helping our couples build the framework for the most amazing day of their lives. Our team will work with you to create a relaxed timeline, recommend experienced vendors, and ensure that the venue is ready so that when you arrive for your wedding you can walk in and create the day of your dreams.
Your wedding is more than just another event on our calendar. With each event we build on a genuine relationship we develop with our clients from the first meeting and a commitment delivering on our promises. Let’s make some memories.
From the moment you walk into the grand lobby through the wrought iron front doors you’re greeted with timeless details – luxurious oriental rugs, rich hardwood, and an awe-inspiring grand staircase. Architectural flourishes and one-of-a-kind details continue through each room of the property offering a feast for the eyes with every turn of a corner.
Our dynamic layout of rooms offers the ability to provide your guests with a wide range of experiences from room to room, from dancing to dining and all the conversations in between.
Whether you’re looking for an old world church feel or simple non-denominational blank slate to make your own, our chapel achieves the impossible by being the best of both worlds. Use this space as your perfect indoor ceremony space, or an elegant alternative if your outdoor ceremony needs to be relocated.
On six acres of lawn and gardens, surrounded by trees for privacy, Laurel Hall offers amazing locations for an outdoor ceremony, dining al fresco, yard games, and countless beautiful backdrops for photographs.
Sunset dinners, cozy cocktail hours, and elegant ceremonies, just a few of the many ways the terrace can be used to wow your guests. Even if you haven’t planned a formal portion of your event for this outdoor space, your guests will be drawn to the serene space from the moment they set eyes on it.
Dine Like Royalty
Your guests will feel as though they’ve been transported to a European villa as they dine on the terrace. Hidden atop the hill and shielded from the noise and views of the outside world, the terrace can be set for intimate meals for groups large and small.
Let’s Make Some Memories
Visit Laurel Hall
The first step in the journey is touring the venue and visualizing yourself and your loved ones in the space on your special day. This is the perfect time to ask all of the important questions to make sure the venue is the right fit for you. Guest size? Catering expectations? Building access times? All are important things to consider before taking the plunge!
Save the Date
Once you’ve visited Laurel Hall, seen all we have to offer, and fallen in love with the venue, it’s time to lock down the date. Dates go quickly, especially in the peak season, so we recommend touring and booking 12-15 months in advance of the date you’d like. Don’t be discouraged if you’re looking to stick to a shorter timeline though, we have lots of flexibility.
Develop a Plan
Ask lots of questions in the planning stage. Whether you’re looking for vendors to work with or trying to develop the timeline for your wedding day we are here to help! We also offer a list of wedding coordinators, full service and day of, who can be a great resource in making your Laurel Hall wedding the day you’ve always dreamed of.
Launch Your Event
As you head into the final weeks and days leading to your wedding we allow and encourage site visits with your vendors. This is a great opportunity to be on site together before the big day to make sure all of the plans will come together just as you imagined. We’ll want to work closely with you to solidify your timeline and venue needs.
