Laurel Hall offers twelve hours of exclusive venue access, ensuring you will have the time to relax and enjoy your special day with your loved ones.
Facility rental includes:
- One-hour rehearsal time prior to event (based on availability)
- Five-hour setup time prior to event
- Six-hour event period
- One-hour cleanup and reset time after event
- Private access to the event spaces for duration of access time
- Tables and chairs to accommodate up to 200 guests
- Free parking
- Professional event security

Use this space as your perfect indoor ceremony space, or an elegant alternative if your outdoor ceremony needs to be relocated.
On six acres of lawn and gardens, surrounded by trees for privacy, Laurel Hall offers amazing locations for an outdoor ceremony, dining al fresco, yard games, and countless beautiful backdrops for photographs.

All are important things to consider before taking the plunge!
Save the Date
Once you’ve visited Laurel Hall, seen all we have to offer, and fallen in love with the venue, it’s time to lock down the date. Dates go quickly, especially in the peak season, so we recommend touring and booking 12-15 months in advance of the date you’d like. Don’t be discouraged if you’re looking to stick to a shorter timeline though, we have lots of flexibility.

Ask lots of questions in the planning stage. Whether you’re looking for vendors to work with or trying to develop the timeline for your wedding day we are here to help! Launch Your Event
As you head into the final weeks and days leading to your wedding we allow and encourage site visits with your vendors. This is a great opportunity to be on site together before the big day to make sure all of the plans will come together just as you imagined. We’ll want to work closely with you to solidify your timeline and venue needs.
